International expert to speak at WSU

Donald J. Wheeler, an internationally recognized expert on SPC and data analysis, will present "Making Six Sigma Better" at the American Society for Quality Annual Joint Meeting sponsored by WSU Thursday, April 17, in the Rhatigan Student Center ballroom. The cost is $14 for dinner and the meeting. The dinner begins at 6:15 p.m., and Wheeler will speak at 7:30 p.m. The reservation deadline is today (Thursday, April 10). Call 526-1350.

About Donald J. Wheeler

Donald J. Wheeler has been planting the seeds of transformation in companies and organizations around the world for more than 25 years.

His seminars have been the foundation for establishing learning cultures within many

Wheeler has M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in statistics from Southern Methodist University.
He taught at the University of Tennessee for 12 years where he was an associate professor of statistics. He was a student and associate of W. Edwards Deming for 21 years, and he is one of a handful of individuals to be elected as Fellow of both the American Statistical Association and the American Society for Quality.
