The Center for Teaching and Research Excellence invites faculty and staff to the seminar "Helping Distressed Students" from 2-3 p.m. Thursday, April 17, in 219 Hubbard Hall. Maureen Dasey-Morales, director of the Counseling and Testing Center, will offer advice about how to handle encounters with distressed students and will provide faculty with information about resources to which instructors can refer students.
