President Don Beggs and first lady Shirley Beggs joined other volunteers and staff in fundraising for KMUW last week. Their support for KMUW helped raise significant funds toward the $181,000 goal. KMUW FM89 is consistently ranked in the top 30 public radio stations in the nation thanks to its contributing members. WSU has been the licensee sponsor for KMUW since it went on the air in 1949.
