Disability Services testing policy change

Due to time restraints involved with campus mail, Disability Services will change the way it receives tests. Starting Summer 2008, Disability Services will no longer allow tests to be delivered to its offices by campus mail. There are four methods of delivery -- e-mail, fax, university drop box and hand deliver.

E-mail: If you do not have an e-file version of the Test Authorization Form, Disability Services can send you one. When choosing this option, please send your tests in .jpg, .doc, or .pdf format. Then simply attach your test documents to the e-mail along with the completed Test Authorization Form that you have edited and send it back.

University Drop Box: To use the university drop box, go to your myWSU page and select My Tools. Under the section labeled Tools, you should see a line titled Drop Box. Click on this and it will give you instructions on how to use this tool. It is a very secure system and will hold materials up to one week.

Fax: The fax number is 978-3114. If you use this option, be sure to remember the Test Authorization Form along with a cover sheet.

Hand Deliver: If you prefer, simply bring the Test/Quiz & Test Authorization Form to the office in Grace Wilkie Annex.

Disability Services apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates your cooperation. If you have any questions regarding this policy change, feel free to call 978-6969 or e-mail makenzi.jones@wichita.edu.
