All were recommended by the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX in response to a civil rights compliance policy review and bear a May 21, 2018, revision date. The Notice of Nondiscrimination must be printed on all University publications including catalogs, newsletters, magazines, brochures, folders, posters and flyers, including those of University affiliated corporations. The updated Notice of Nondiscrimination follows:

Sexual misconduct, relationship violence and stalking are forms of sex discrimination and are prohibited under Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972.
