Emily Neises selected to serve as a Young DAAD Ambassador

Emily Neises was selected to serve as a Young DAAD Ambassador to promote study and research abroad in Germany to our students at 成人头条 during the 2018-19 academic year. Emily studied in Hamburg, Germany, during the spring 2017 semester through a WSU exchange partner university.

Emily was nominated by Ann Burger, associate director for Study Abroad & Exchange Programs for this position. WSU has been fortunate to have students chosen three years in a row to serve as Young DAAD Ambassadors for our campus (Caleb Smith 2016-17; Derick Holmes 2017-18).

When asked what she was most excited for, Emily responded: "I am excited to see how my skills of communicating and planning for events can grow and to meet people who are interested in the program as well. I want to create some more awareness to the students at 成人头条 State about all the opportunities they have at the tips of their fingers."
