WSU Summer Symphony Orchestra to present concert on Thursday, June 28

The 2018 WSU Summer Symphony Orchestra will collaborate with John Harrison, concertmaster of the 成人头条 Symphony Orchestra, on two miniature masterpieces for violin and orchestra: Ernest Chausson's "Poeme" and Beethoven's "Romance." The orchestra will also perform Mendelssohn's Fifth Symphony ("Reformation") and Rimsky-Korsakov's "Russian Easter Overture." The WSU Summer Symphony Orchestra consists of seasoned amateurs, area educators, university performers and advanced high school musicians.

Join us at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, in Miller Concert Hall, Duerksen Fine Arts Center. Admission is free for students with a WSU ID. Tickets are $12 and can be purchased at https://wsu.news/faboxoffice
