WSU students dance, sing and act their way into Performing Arts scholarships

Unlike other disciplines that require students to write essays for consideration for scholarship awards, prospective candidates for 成人头条's School of Performing Arts are required to audition for scholarship money. Starting in November, new and continuing students at WSU will have the opportunity to audition for more than $80,000 in Dance, Musical Theatre and Theatre undergraduate scholarships.

Interested high school, community college and transfer students should plan to visit the WSU campus, where they will audition, meet performing arts faculty, visit dance and/or theater classes and obtain financial advising and career counseling. Additional scholarships are available for qualifying junior and senior performing arts majors.

At the end of each academic year, Performing Arts faculty consider all current majors for scholarships and review the eligibility of each student. Outstanding students are nominated to receive scholarship awards for the following year.
