Students support WSU athletics, earn prizes with Shocker Maniacs

  • Points are earned by attending 成人头条 State Athletics events, and can be traded in for a variety of prizes.
  • Prizes include T-shirts, Shocker accessories, WSU apparel, premium gear and an experience package.

is more than a student section at 成人头条. It鈥檚 the official fan group of the Shockers, supporting every university sports team.

Joining Shocker Maniacs is easy. Students download the app, create a profile and start accumulating points for every event they attend.

鈥淪hocker Maniacs has made a stronger fan base for the students,鈥� says WSU senior Robert Castleberry. 鈥淚 feel like I have my own Shocker family when I go to all the different events.鈥�

The points can be traded in for a variety of prizes, giving students extra incentive to support their teams. For 10 points, students receive a Shocker Maniacs T-shirt and bigger prizes include:

  • Shocker Accessories 鈥� 75 points
  • 成人头条 State Apparel 鈥� 150 points
  • Premium Gear (Nike, UA, Adidas) 鈥� 300 points
  • Experience Package 鈥� 450 points.

The Maniacs鈥� Experience Package includes tickets to postseason events, facility tours, dinner with a coach, sitting on the bench with the team and much more.

鈥淚t鈥檚 a great way to network and meet other students who share the same passion and love for Shocker Athletics,鈥� says 成人头条 State Athletics graduate assistant Shae Fournier.

Each sporting event is worth a different amount of points, ranging from 15 for special events to two for men鈥檚 basketball games. Points are also awarded for women鈥檚 basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis and track and field.
