WSU to host first Financial Aid Awareness Week

In an effort to promote financial awareness on campus and in the greater 成人头条 area, the 成人头条 Office of Financial Aid will sponsor a variety of events during its first Financial Aid Awareness Week, Feb. 8-14.

During these uncertain economic times, the Office of Financial Aid plans to emphasize the importance of applying for federal financial aid early by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by WSU's priority deadline date Sunday, March 1, and to make students aware of their financial aid opportunities.

All students who stop by the Office of Financial Aid during the week of Feb. 8 can enter into a grand prize drawing for a $1,000 scholarship for the fall 2009/spring 2010 academic year.

To be eligible, the Office of Financial Aid must be able to confirm that your FAFSA application is completed prior to March 1.
Here are the events during Financial Aid Awareness Week:

All students or prospective students who attend the fair can enter into a drawing for a $500 scholarship for the fall 2009 semester at WSU.
