CourtesyIn January 2010, 成人头条 state student Opeyemi Ajaiyeoba met fellow student Ifey Ogunyomi at Brennan Hall 3, at the time a campus residence hall.
The couple, both from Nigeria, have been dating since 鈥� until this spring, when Opeyemi popped the question at the same spot he first met her nine years ago. (Spoiler alert: She said yes.)
The carefully orchestrated proposal was aided by the University Police Department, which provided after-hours access for Opeyemi to make the special moment happen.
鈥淔inding Ifey at WSU has pretty much shaped me into the man I am today,鈥� he says. 鈥淚 cannot imagine what my life would have been if myself and Ifey never met.鈥�
Ifey, a 2013 graduate, and Opeyemi, who graduated in 2015, will continue to stay connected to Shocker Nation as Opeyemi earns his master鈥檚 at WSU.
