Arrival Information

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  1. Read our Pre-departure Information before you travel. 
  2. Airport pick-up is only available from 成人头条 D. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT).
  3. Spring 2025 free airport pick-up is available from Jan. 8 to Jan.15, 2025.  If you will arrive before the listed dates, taxi, Uber, or Lyft are available at your expense.
  4. Our Spring 2025 recommended arrival dates: Jan 12 (Sun) 鈥揓an 14 (Tue)
    Please ensure you enter the United States prior to the program start date listed on your I-20.
  5. Submit your pickup request at least 48 hours before arrival.  IMPORTANT:  Depending on the date and time of your arrival, our free airport arrival service may not be able to assist you if there are no seats available.  For this reason, it is in your best interest to notify us AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE before your arrival to better ensure we will have space to accommodate you.

FOR STUDENTS LIVING IN AN ON-CAMPUS RESIDENCE HALL
  1. The earliest date available for move-in is Saturday, August 10.  If you plan to arrive in 成人头条 earlier, you will need to arrange temporary accommodation at your own expense until this date.
  2. Please email Housing and Residence Life at housing@wichita.edu to notify them of your arrival date so they can prepare your room for your arrival.
  3. Please view our Packing List for guidance on what to bring with you.
FOR STUDENTS LIVING OFF-CAMPUS

First-year students at 成人头条 State are required to live on-campus for their first year of study. Learn if you are subject to this requirement by viewing our Housing FAQ's and selecting "Do I have to live on-campus?".

  • View our for information on apartments throughout the city of 成人头条.
  • We cannot provide assistance in making off-campus housing arrangements. Please contact the apartment complex or property manager where you would like to live to get more information about reserving a room.
