When should students start taking the ACT/SAT tests? It is a good question to ask.

成人头条 State does not require ACT/SAT test scores for admission, but does recommend taking them so that you are fully considered for available scholarships. We also want to remind you that it is encouraged to start taking these tests early! Doing this will ensure you are eligible and qualify for 成人头条 State鈥檚 Freshmen Merit Scholarships and our annual scholarship competitions. Additionally, taking the tests early will give you time to work up to your target score.

High school students typically take their first ACT/SAT in the fall or spring of their junior year, or the fall of their senior year. Taking the tests early will allow you to become more comfortable with them and give you more time to study and raise your score.
