Earn & Learn

 The program design equips aspiring cybersecurity professionals with real-world skills while they work. Through a structured apprenticeship model, participants dedicate 20-30% of their overall hours to Related Technical Instruction (RTI) with SkillStorm, gaining hands-on experience in network configuration, system security, and enterprise networking.

The program follows a competency-based approach, lasting 6 to 18 months, ensuring apprentices develop the expertise needed to thrive in the industry.

 

Industry Apprenticeship

TIE has partnered with SkillStorm to offer students this excellent career opportunity. Through SkillStorm鈥檚 collaboration, apprentices gain Cisco-verified training in computer hardware, operating systems, network architecture, and more.

 

Obtain Certifications

Participants in the TIE Cybersecurity Apprenticeship can earn industry-recognized certifications that validate their technical skills and enhance their career prospects.

These include the CompTIA Network+ certification, which covers essential networking concepts, troubleshooting, and security. The CompTIA Security+ certification, which focuses on core cybersecurity principles, risk management, and threat detection, is also included. Apprentices also gain Cisco-verified credentials, further strengthening their technical foundation.
