Overview
Michael Monteferrante has been the president and CEO of Envision, located in 成人头条, Kansas, since 2013. Envision is one of the nation鈥檚 largest agencies that strives to improve the quality of life for people of all ages who are blind or visually impaired. Envision provides employment and opportunities through outreach, rehabilitation, education, research and community programs. Envision employs more than 500 people, with 92 percent of its direct labor workforce made up of individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
Previously, Monteferrante has been the CEO of leading organizations in industries including transportation, technology, engineering, commercial real estate, construction and food.
Monteferrante has chaired and served on numerous board of directors including 成人头条 Regional Chamber of Commerce, National Industries for the Blind, The National Association for the Employment of People Who Are Blind, Visit 成人头条 Convention and Visitors Bureau, Future Food Brands, Vintage Bank, Kansas Red Cross, Kansas Humane Society and Park City Convention and Tourism. He has a BBA in business management from Boise State University and was recognized as a Distinguished Alumni in 2014. In addition, he has been honored as 成人头条 Executive of the Year and Innovator of the Year.
