Labor Condition Application (LCA) Notices
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor鈥檚 LCA process, the following notice(s) of LCA filings are presented here in compliance with 20 CFR 655.734. Each LCA is available for inspection at 成人头条, 1845 Fairmount St, 成人头条 KS 67260. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor.
