Recruit, Retain, & Motivate Today's Workforce

are now in more supervisory positions than any other generation. Many of them became
supervisors earlier than their predecessors and have had less time to learn best practices
from others. Let鈥檚 explore how you can best understand your supervisors, get the most
out of your people (who are now primarily Millennials), and recruit from Gen Z to
grow them into the leaders that we need for the future.

Managing First Responder Services & Your Governing Body

to consider? These panelists will discuss what you should expect from your first responder
departments, how to measure success, key messages to relay to your governing body,
and how systems thinking can lead to more effective service delivery models.
