Leader Orientation, formerly New Leader Orientation (aka. NLO), is a program designed to orient leaders (individuals with direct reports) with information they need to know about our institution in order to be a successful leader here at 成人头条.

Leaders will learn about tools and resources available and how to access them while having the opportunity to network with other new leaders.  They will also be introduced to key leaders within the University who will speak about current updates in their specialized areas.
