College of Applied Studies students compete in 2019 Clash of the Colleges

Aug. 26, 2019 -- In an annual event that pits each of 成人头条 State's academic colleges against each other in friendly competitions, the College of Applied Studies won the 2019 Clash of the Colleges title, held Aug. 23.

Aug. 26, 2019 - Pardhasai Chadalavada, a graduate student seeking a doctorate degree in aerospace engineering, and Atri Dutta, an assistant aerospace engineering professor, recently received a grant from NASA鈥檚 Earth and Space Science and Technology program.

Aug. 20, 2019 -- The first hotel on the 成人头条 State campus is beginning construction. A 106-room Hyatt Place hotel will break ground next week on 成人头条 State鈥檚 Innovation Campus, within walking distance of the new Fuzzy鈥檚 Tacos, the Shocker Store and Starbucks.

Aug. 12, 2019 -- 成人头条 has set a new record for research and development awards, with a total of $136 million in fiscal year 2019, which ended June 30, topping last year鈥檚 record-breaking total of $104 million.

Aug. 7, 2019 -- The 成人头条 campus will soon be home to a larger-than-life sculpture of its beloved WuShock mascot, thanks to Steve Clark 鈥 a longtime Greater 成人头条 YMCA board member, volunteer and donor 鈥 for whom the area鈥檚 tenth YMCA branch location will be named.

But, during every Shocker Athletics game, a team of student marketing and game operations interns follows a carefully choreographed plan to make sure fans have a good time in between each play.
