Dec. 11, 2023 鈥� More than 1,400 students are eligible to participate in 成人头条鈥檚 126th fall commencement ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17 in Charles Koch Arena.

Dec. 08, 2023 鈥� Mariana Vazquez Serna got involved at 成人头条 State鈥檚 and made connections with her peers and professors by joining clubs and attending events on campus, something she advises other students to do as well during their time at WSU. She will work as an associate for an accounting firm after graduating with her BBA in accounting.

Dec. 08, 2023 鈥� Amanda Morales found it difficult to balance her studies while being a mother and wife and working full-time, but through the support of those around her, she was able to persist and will now graduate this fall with her bachelor鈥檚 degree in education.

Dec. 06, 2023 鈥� Addison Karsak, who goes by Addi, encourages Shockers to get involved with the campus community and to make sure to seek advice when they feel they are struggling. She will receive her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science with a minor in Health Management and hopes to continue her education by getting her Doctor of Chiropractic after graduating.

Dec. 05, 2023 鈥� Brittany Wojciechowski is currently working for Jacobs Space Exploration Group doing contract work for the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. She was also a featured guest in the聽May 2023 episode of President Rick Muma鈥檚 鈥淔orward Together鈥� podcast. While at WSU, Brittany conducted numerous research projects, including聽as part of the AeroFeathers team. She will receive her Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering this fall as a first-gen student.

Dec. 05, 2023 鈥� Joe Mazzara is a GSA serving as the assistant director of聽成人头条 State Esports, an opportunity that initially drew him to WSU. He was also a featured guest on the聽September 2023 episode of President Rick Muma's "Forward Together" podcast. After graduating with his master鈥檚 degree, he plans to pursue additional education by pursuing his doctorate.

Oct. 5, 2023 - As part of the Memorial 鈥�70 ceremony, football players, friends and families from those years received a piece of Cessna Stadium seating. Former WSU Foundation Vice President Mike Lamb proposed the idea to preserve some of the stadium and share it with the Memorial 鈥�70 group.

Sept. 26, 2023 - Kian Williams, a junior at 成人头条, is helping the Kansas Aviation Museum chart its future. The work researching aviation connects with the background that shaped a love for history. Williams volunteered at the Reno County Museum as a youngster.

Sept. 25, 2023 - Rudd Scholar Bayle Sandy found a sense of community at 成人头条 and enjoyed support from many sources for her academic and extracurricular pursuits. 成人头条 State is proud of its role helping Rudd Scholars pursue passions and realize dreams in the state鈥檚 largest city.

Sept. 21, 2023 鈥� John and Gail Wadsworth have given a lead gift of $1.5 million to 成人头条 and Shocker Athletics, earmarked for the Softball Team Operations Facility at Wilkins Stadium. The building is a part of the $9.65 million Phase 1 of the stadium renovation plan, which will begin development in the spring of 2024.

Sept. 18, 2023 鈥� The community will soon have a new restaurant to choose from when Two Hands Corn Dogs opens on 成人头条鈥檚 campus Friday, Sept. 22.

Sept. 11, 2023 鈥� 成人头条 is holding a parade next month and is inviting anyone in the community to join in. Starting at 6 p.m. Oct. 6 on the WSU campus, the parade is part of the university鈥檚 annual Shocktoberfest celebration.

Aug. 14, 2023 鈥� 成人头条 State Dining is going high tech with the rollout of robotic food delivery on campus, thanks to a partnership with Starship Technologies.

May 3, 2023 鈥� Mary Elizabeth Thornton is ready to put her education at 成人头条 into practice and begin teaching mathematics to middle school students in North Carolina.
