June 9, 2021 - 成人头条 State鈥檚 Esports director Courtney Calder played soccer more often than video games growing up in California. Those experiences, however, helped prepare her for running the Esports program, as did her time working in sales for Apple after graduating from Northwestern University. 成人头条 State鈥檚 varsity program, housed in the Heskett Center, offers four teams competing in Overwatch, League of Legends, Rocket League, and Valorant.

April 23, 2021 - By mid-July, Neel and partners Luke Luttrell and David Hopkins expect to open Social Tap Drinkery and Create Kitchens in a 5,680 square-foot space聽at Braeburn Square (4510 E. 19th St.) on 成人头条鈥檚 campus. Create Kitchens will feature two restaurant spaces - Sungrano Pizza and one to be named later. Both are virtual kitchens with carry-out only and a multitude of ways to order and pay 鈥 apps, QR codes, kiosk and in-person.

April 23, 2021 鈥 成人头条鈥檚 first Belonging Plaza will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 24, directly east of Weidemann Hall. Belonging Plaza is an outdoor pop-up commemorative gathering and programming tool designed to move to different locations on campus.

April 2, 2021 -- While the future of this pandemic and its effect on our daily lives still remains somewhat unknown, we are pleased to be coming to you with a message of cautious optimism as we continue our transition to a pre-pandemic mode of operation. Sedgwick County Commissioners voted to rescind all local COVID health orders, effectively immediately. Since the beginning of this pandemic, we have followed all guidance and orders issued by state and local public health authorities. Accordingly, WSU has rescinded all guidance requiring masks, social distancing and mass gathering limitations on our campus. However, we continue to strongly encourage our entire campus community to engage in these practices whenever possible. We also encourage everyone to get the vaccine when they become eligible.

March 1, 2021 - 成人头条 will present a virtual panel on freedom of expression from 3-4:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 31. The event will be moderated by Lee Pelton, a WSU alumnus who has been president of Emerson College in Boston the past 10 years.

As he seeks to kill the man who took everything from him, he finds himself with a choice: forgiveness or revenge. Which will he choose? The film is told using reverse chronology and inspired by Christopher Nolan鈥檚 movie 鈥淢emento.鈥

Dec. 2, 2020 鈥 成人头条 State has been successful in minimizing the spread of COVID-19 because college students are following social distancing guidelines. 成人头条 State鈥檚 Rho Beta Chapter of Sigma Lambda Beta and the Zeta Beta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta have had no cases of COVID-19.

Dec. 1, 2020 鈥 Two new battery-powered buses wrapped in Shocker pride will soon be seen zipping through 成人头条鈥檚 streets. 成人头条 Transit recently unveiled the 成人头条-branded buses, which are ecofriendly, filled with modern conveniences, and will circulate among the university鈥檚 main campus, as well as 成人头条 State South, WSU Tech and the Metroplex.

WuShock will be the readers tour guide through 成人头条 State's history.

November 23, 2020 - Jay Price, a history professor at 成人头条 State, is honoring 成人头条 State鈥檚 birthday by creating a graphic novel of 成人头条 State's history.

Oct. 29, 2020 - Campus construction continues and new partners continue to join 成人头条. An update on progress around campus includes Woolsey Hall, new home to W. Frank Barton School of Business, Hyatt Place and The Smart Factory @ 成人头条.

WuShock Doc

Oct. 28, 2020 - Tyler Pennick, director of videography for 成人头条 State鈥檚 Office of Strategic Communications, created a documentary about WuShock in bronze. After two years of development, the documentary was accepted into the Tallgrass Film Festival and awarded for its success.

Oct. 28, 2020 鈥 成人头条 has earned a near-perfect score for its support and inclusion of LGBTQ students from Pride Index, which is a national benchmarking tool for colleges and universities to create safer, more inclusive campus communities.

Oct. 28, 2020 -- There are several artists with 成人头条 connections involved in the public art projects in and around the Riverfront Stadium, home of the 成人头条 Wind Surge minor-league professional team. Several of the public art projects are visible outside the stadium and more are scheduled for installation in the coming months. All of the artists are local or regional.
