- If you will need a scholarship letter, paperwork for athletics, or additional financial aid type paperwork completed during your appointment, you must indicate that in your e-mail so enough time is allocated
- You will receive an e-mail response that will tell you when you appointment will be. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early and arrive with an idea of what classes you wish to take in the next semester
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to make you reschedule your appointment
- Students with last names A-L must meet with their BME Faculty Advisor each Fall Semester and Academic Success
Advisor each Spring Semester
- In order to register for courses for the next semester, advising with the appropriate Faculty Advisor or Academic Success Advisor must be completed first
- Students with last names M-Z must meet with their BME Faculty Advisor each Spring Semester and the Academic Success Advisor each Fall Semester
- In order to register for courses for the next semester, advising with the appropriate Faculty Advisor or Academic Success Advisor must be completed first
- If you have completed your Senior Check, you are not required to do faculty advising or academic advising. If you wish to still meet with the Academic Success Advisor, please follow the scheduling process outlined below.

Senior Check - Approximately within your last year, each senior level student must meet with the department chair to do a senior check. Contact the department chair at yongkuk.lee@wichita.edu to set up an appointment.
