Arrival  and Check-in 8:30 am - 9:00 am

成人头条 State Univerisity Hughes Metroplex is our venue for this event.  The program will start at 9:00.  To allow teams time to check-in, and select their seats in the auditorium, the doors will open at 8:30.

Please stop at the Check-in table on entering the lobby (north side facing 29th street).  There is lots of parking available for buses.  They can park in front to let everyone out, then move to a parking spot further out.

Program should be over by noon.  We will not be providing any food or refreshments at the event.  There are several restaurants nearby.

Low G Game Reveal 11:15 am -11:30 am

All teams should be back in the auditorium.

Learn about the premiss of the game, see the game floor, ask questions.

Game Demo 11:30 am - 12:00

Jeremy, Scott and Bryan will demonstrate game play on the field and describe the details of scoring.  Questions are welcome.

Pickup Kits and Exit Venue

Teams will be dismissed from the auditorium.

  • Mandatory - Teams (or appointed members of  team) should go to room 180 to pickup their Returnable and Consumable kits.  An adult with the team will need to sign out the returnable kit before leaving.  Teams may have their transportation pull around to the East side of the building to load items.  There will be some 2' x 4' sheets of plywood, 5' pieces of PVC, an 18" x 18" x 24" box of supplies (consumable kit) and the bin for the the Returnable kit (approx 12" x 18" x 6" - please handle carefully).
  • Optional - Teams are welcome to get a closer look at the field (come on stage and talk with Steering Committee members there).  Pictures and video are welcome.  Please be careful walking around the field.  There may be some trip hazards.

As teams leave the auditorium, we ask that you check the area around and pick up any personal items and trash.
