Your WSU Graduation Plan
This page breaks down the number of credit hours per semester needed to complete an associate of arts degree or a bachelor's degree in a given timeframe. The center and right columns give the number of credit hours that need to be taken per semester in order to complete the degree within the timeframe in the left column. For example: According to the Associate of Arts Degree chart below, one would need to take 15 credits per fall and spring semester and 6 per summer semester in order to complete an associate of arts degree in 2 years.
- At least 65 semester hours are needed to graduate with an associate of arts degree; at least 120 semester hours are needed to graduate with a bachelor's degree. Graduation within the above timeframe assumes that the appropriate required and elective courses can be taken during this time.
- These charts are intended as guidelines. Adjustments need to be made if you already have completed college courses or if you take more or fewer hours during any semester or summer term. An advisor can help you plot this even as you explore potential majors.
