Just like face-to-face classes, online learning can differ depending on the instructor and the subject. Fully online courses often require more time and energy than regular classes. Although they are convenient and flexible, you must be disciplined enough to set aside time to study and participate.
It is your responsibility to understand current circumstances or special requirements in their state of residence before enrolling in an online program.

The 成人头条 Course schedules are available to the public. Utilize the following course search tool to learn which courses are offered online:
Please note, you must be an admitted student to enroll in any course. If you are not a WSU student and only considering taking one course, you may apply as a non-degree seeking student. This option will allow you to take courses as a college guest or non-degree seeking student.
For college guests or non-degree seeking students: Please contact OneStop for academic advising.
Online-Courses: These courses can be taken by students enrolled in either an online or on-campus program. They are offered to students through multiple types of online delivery including; Blended or Hybrid, online asynchronous, and/or synchronous online courses virtually (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and quarantining practices had on-campus students considering online options too).
Online-Programs: These programs are designed to be completed entirely online offering students the
flexibility to learn on their own schedule (within a specific timeframe). Courses
within an online program are likely asynchronous, allowing students to login independently
of a set time to participate with instructional materials.
成人头条 State students enrolled in online programs are on-average 32 years old and are often employed full-time while care taking for or raising a family as well as actively engaging in their communities.
Students in an online program will follow the layout of the WSU academic calendar. The calendar is divided into three semesters. Fall and spring are 16 weeks long and summer semester are 8 weeks long. Please view the calendar to gain a better understanding of how semesters work.
Undergraduate Program: For bachelor's degrees, time to completion depends on your schedule, transfer credits and the program you choose.
Graduate Programs: Most Master's degrees at WSU require between 30-36 credit hours. How quickly you finish is up to you.
Credits from other regionally accredited colleges and universities will transfer to WSU. Credits will also be evaluated by your program of interest to see how many credits will count towards your major and how many will count as elective credits. Please note that if you have attended more than one higher education institution, you will need to submit an official transcript for each one.
For undergraduate programs: Try the to help estimate how many credits will transfer over to 成人头条 State.

成人头条 State does not have specific application deadlines. It all depends on which semester you would like to start and giving yourself plenty of time to submit application materials. The Academic Calendar can help you know when school starts and the last day to enroll.
Due to the volume of applications we get near the first day of class, applications may take longer to process. We encourage prospective students to apply early because it will allow for the most flexibility when enrolling in classes and gives students more time to prepare for the upcoming semester.
Registration (enrollment) is done online and begins each April for the following summer and fall semesters, and each November for the following spring semester. View details about the Registration Process.
