End-User Software Catalog

WSU has a wide variety of standard, pre-approved software available. All software listed has been pre-approved for purchase and support.

The following catalog includes Site License, Concurrent license, Individual Perpetual and subscription (needs to be purchased) licenses.

Software Approval and Compliance Notice

Before purchasing ANY software for use on campus or with students, please ensure it has been approved and properly vetted by all relevant parties, including:

  • Your department/college/unit,
  • Information Technology Services (ITS) Procurement

Additional requirements for Cloud-Based (SaaS) software, also contact:

  • Data Management Committee (DMC),
  • Accessibility Team (MRC),
  • General Counsel, 
  • Purchasing.

The best person to contact to initiate this process is your unit鈥檚 BRM representative. This process helps ensure compatibility, compliance, and proper tracking within our software catalogs, and it is crucial for preventing data breaches and protecting sensitive information.
