Fit is described as an alignment of values, beliefs and behaviors between employees and employers. The goal of finding your fit is to find a role and workplace where you can thrive, be fulfilled, and contribute your best. Students are reflecting on their values and workplace preferences, networking with purpose, conducting strategic job searches and researching employers.
