Our Purpose
The purpose of the Diversity & Inclusive Excellence committee is to seek opportunities
for creating a diverse and inclusive working and learning environment in the Barton
School of Business. We take intentional steps towards removing barriers for success
of women and underrepresented minorities. Our mission is to build a supportive climate
for students of all backgrounds to thrive, engage in diverse constituencies and create
social mobility opportunities through curriculum and extra-curriculum activities.
