GoCreate student

Jan. 26, 2022 - GoCreate is using its equipment and expertise to build form work for the center concrete pier of the Promise Bridge. GoCreate staff and 成人头条 State students will machine 30 blocks of foam, each 4 feet by 3 feet by 8 feet, that will be used by Dondlinger Construction.

Jan. 24, 2022 鈥 Further expanding its presence as a diverse creative workspace at WSU, GoCreate recently began offering free memberships to 成人头条 State students.

Jan. 24, 2022 鈥 Six 成人头条 teams were selected as semi-finalists in the university鈥檚 sixth annual Koch Innovation Challenge Angel Round on December 3. Those six teams of 成人头条 State students advance to the Grand Champion competition in May.

Jan. 24, 2022 鈥 Valeria Paunetto, originally from Puerto Rico, won the Adelante Scholarship in 2021, which has helped her pursue a degree in social work at 成人头条 State.

14 students have been chosen as finalists in WSU's Distinguished Scholarship Invitational.

Jan. 24, 2022 鈥 More than 488 students competed in the Distinguished Scholarship Invitational at 成人头条. The pool has been narrowed to 14.

Jan. 20, 2022 鈥 The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation has awarded a grant of $243,922 to a 成人头条 researcher for his work on an app that will allow people who are visually impaired to read comic books, graphic novels and other digitized graphic materials on their devices.

Jan. 7, 2022 -- The 成人头条 Entrepreneurial Coalition has received a nationally competitive Build to Scale Venture Challenge award from the U.S. Economic Development Administration. The grant, one of only 50 awarded across the country, is designed to fuel a national movement promoting high-growth enterprises and unique startups.

Dec. 15, 2021 鈥 The U.S. Economic Development Association recently awarded 成人头条 and South Kansas $500,000 to Build Back Better with the potential opportunity for a Phase 2 award of $25-75 million.

Dec. 8, 2021鈥 Kennedy Stamm was led to 成人头条 State because she liked the 成人头条 School District. Now, she will start her teaching job in August after receiving a degree in elementary education. Stamm is one of more than 1,100 students eligible for fall 2021 graduation.

Dec. 9, 2021 -- The Department of Human Performance Studies in the College of Applied Studies (CAS) at 成人头条 (WSU) has secured approval for a new graduate-level degree in athletic training. The 62 credit-hour program launches in the summer of 2023.
